Our Team
John Leone has over 30 years of construction estimating and management experience. Lynn Leone has over 30 years of test and systems engineering experience. After successful corporate careers and building a family together, they have decided to take off and build a consulting business together. They are both Colorado School of Mines graduates, avid golfers, and recent Ekko travel enthusiasts.
John Leone
John has overseen projects from preconstruction to final delivery and has been recognized for his ability to simplify intricate projects, ensuring their smooth and successful delivery. Throughout his extensive career, he has served in key roles such as a technical advisor, preconstruction manager, and estimator showcasing his versatility.
John has been an estimator on complex alternative delivery projects and has demonstrated his ability to lead and develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for large, civil infrastructure projects. He has a comprehensive understanding of CM/GC and Progressive Design-Build that sets him apart, as he excels in defining costs, establishing Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS) for large multi-faceted programs, and creating open book cost models with alternative delivery methods.
